1. Agreement to Terms

By using this site or booking a plumbing service through , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

connects you with independently licensed and insured plumbing contractors. All on-site work is performed by the assigned plumber under their own license. We coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and customer service.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are provided in writing before any work begins and are honored as flat rates once approved. Additional work outside the original quote requires a separate written estimate and your prior approval.

4. Workmanship Warranty

Repairs are backed by a written workmanship warranty for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are passed through directly to the customer.

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled arrival window. We do not charge call-out fees for inspections that do not result in approved work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or the services rendered by contracted plumbers, beyond the value of the service paid.
